Offering a quiet countryside setting, B&B Melizio is a 19th-century watermill in San Maurizio d’Opaglio, 2 km from the shore of Lake Orta. Its unique rooms have stone walls and a garden-view balcony. Everything. the house located at the edge of the village is a beautiful spot just next to a small forrest. in the middle of the garden a small river is floating through, and the manager have a good selection of farm animals just opposite the river. The location is close to trails, to lake Orta and to other places. T he breakfast was delicious with homemade or local product and again the manager has a ferm view of bio products.

“perfect”
it is not everyday that you get to a place with work and you can find accommodation that you really feel like home. 10 is a low mark for this place as nothing can describe the beauty of this place and the warm welcoming from the owners. breakfast consists of locally produced goods which are amazing. the stream going through the property will offer the best sound during night time. Absolutely amazing place and can't wait to return. Grazie mille

“Great place to stay in Italy”
If you want to be in Italy in a fabulous place to relax, then we recommend coming here. Friendly owners, every day a new version of a delicious breakfast and homemade cake, everything in the house is thought out to the smallest detail and beautifully decorated. We would be very happy to return here on our next trip to Italy.

“The secret paradise at Lake Orta”
fantastic place, incredibly lovely host couple who live and breathe to give their guests a lovely stay. amazing breakfast, yes probably the best stay there is. very helpful in giving good advice and suggestions for trips etc. lovely atmosphere in the beautiful old house which cannot be found anywhere else.

Everything was perfect. One of the best b&b we've ever stayed in. It's beautiful and comfortable and has the best hosts and the best breakfast. We stayed for three nights and wished we had stayed for longer.
