“Great apartment, lovely location, relaxing holiday.”
The property was very modern and clean and had everything we needed. The complex was lovely and quiet and there was a life guard around the pool. The apartment is in a nice quiet area, about an hours walk away from Sirmione old town, but there are still plenty of nice restaurants nearby offering great food and a relaxed atmosphere. The lake side is two minutes walk away which was great for hiring a paddle board or sitting on the grass with a bottle of wine and watching the sun set. Fantastic area to visit. Great apartment. The communication from the owners was fantastic.

“A very nice modern apartment”
The place is really very nice, I recommend. Brand new, modern design, huge TV set, nice kitchen utensils, comfortable beds. Spatious balcony with a nice view. The lake is very close to the apartment, the district is rather calm. But you have to use your car/bicycle or transport to get to the touristic part of Sirmione, it's not very close to it. In general everything is very good, we enjoyed the stay. Free parking is also a great plus. Also we were happy to have a welcome gift, thank you very much 😊 Also I forgot to mention great games for the children!

“Casa Belvi is perfect for families who wants a quiet stay in Sirmione”
Casa Belvi is a beautiful and quiet place that suits families perfectly. It is also quiet at night so we all slept really well. The interior is brand new and shiny. The kids loved the pool, which is not deeper than 130-140 cm. I also want to add that the area isn’t flooded with tourists (first part of July), which was important for us.
