Incredible view, really breathtaking! Breakfast was perfect and complete. Staff was very helpful and nice, thanks to Cecilia. Very prepared and reactive when a problem appeared as hot water temporary not available on a day.

The location is fantastic! The drive (about 15 minutes) on a dirt road is well worth it. (A sign on the road would be a nice addition to let you know you are going in the right direction). Our host Carla was so welcoming and helped us with reservations to the adjacent iconic Tea house. The room is cozy, clean and comfortable. The view is amazing and it is so quiet and peaceful.

“Stunning Views and Cosy Cabins”

It’s a lovely mountain lodge, with the best view of San Martin and the lake. The cabins are cute and cosy, with a patio overlooking the lake. The view is Wow, you can sit there for days! This is clearly the highlight of the property. The only downside was getting there. Since we didn’t have our own car, we had to struggle to find a taxi and the local taxis are very expensive for the short ride to town. Also the tea house is a limited menu, so we had to end up going down to the city for our meals. This wasn’t ideal. The tea house in itself is lovely and added to our stay experience and so did the little walking trail. The breakfast is a little basic, so there’s some scope for improvement.

The accommodation exceeded expectations. The view and the facilities are exceptional. Location could not be more perfect.

Amazing views from the hotel and very comfortable. It’s fairly rustic which doesn’t come across in the photos but this doesn’t impact the stay.

Beautiful view! Other reviews said it was hard to find, but they send you the route on google maps and there are signs along the way as it’s also a tea house. The short drive up from the town is definitely worth it! The tea house is open until 9pm, and you can order food from there to your room/terrace. Great shower pressure!

The view from the room is outstanding, beautiful to watch the sunset from. Very comfortable room and the breakfast was excellent. Be sure to try some of the teas. Also, make sure you stick the directions you receive on the email from the accommodation prior to arriving. We just entered it in google maps (even though we had received the email, our error) and it took us way off on a really beaten-up road. We had to turn around at a certain moment remembering that we had been told there were two routes, and the hotel only recommends one.
