“Good location but old facilities”
The backyard was nice as well as the available parking in front and in the back of the hotel. Reception is friendly and helpful. Hotel offered free water/tea/coffee. Kettle in the room was working. The hotel is 20 min walking from the city center, which was ok. The breakfast options included scrambled egg, ham and cheese and some sweet stuff.

“Beautiful hotel with a pool and lovely gardens.”
This is such a beautiful small hotel just on the outskirts of San Martin. Our room was absolutely perfect, super clean and had a view of the lovely pool and gardens. Our only gripe is the lack of soundproofing . A family next to us were running around and shouting and screaming at midnight. I asked the staff to help and they did. The family were selfish and rude and behaved in this way for 2 of our 3 night stay. It’s not the staffs fault at all but perhaps something could be done to prevent the noise from carrying so easily. We were unlucky. Most people are not as inconsiderate. The hotel is truly lovely.

“Fantastic, luxurious stay”
What a beautiful place. Next to a gurgling brook, the hotel has a pool, shared kitchen, communal lounge and dining areas. Everything is of an exceptional standard and it’s a place to really unwind. There is lots of garden furniture and pretty birds wandering on the lawn. A bit of a walk from the town centre but it was good exercise. Complimentary breakfasts and excellent service from all the staff.

“Charming accommodation with super friendly staff!”
Charming accommodation in San Martin de los Andes. Rooms are a bit older, however they do have their own charm. Beds were super comfortable! The staff was very welcoming and warm-hearted. They provided a bunch of structured information on things to do in and around San Martin de los Andes. All in all, good value for money!
