Villa Emma is a small country house located just outside Serravalle and offering a quiet stay in the countryside. The rooms have free Wi-Fi and a balcony facing Mount Titano and the valley. “Best accommodation in San Marion if you like to be shouted at and treated unfriendly.”
The mattress in our room was new and very comfortable (but very dirty, see below). Otherwise one can say something positive about the owner - she is always true to herself when she can speak Italian to a guest and knows that the language will be understood... You can see what I mean by reading her answers to bad reviews here on booking.com. In fact, she is exactly like that. There is no false friendliness, kindness or professionalism. Just the blunt and honest rudeness.

Very kind owner. We couldn't be that early to check in, but thank God the lady waited for us, and we didn't lose our money and place to stay. Many thanks to her!! The stay also was very nice - beatufull view, comfortable beds, large bathrooms.

The room was big and clean. There was also a small kitchen. Parking is on the teritory of the villa. There is beautiful view on San Marino from villa.

Very uncomfortable. Nothing but uncomfortable sleeping room and toilet。 Could not make a cup of tea. Nothing else available. Toilet made a weird noise after using it

Emmas home is very beautiful! The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean and you have a beautiful view from the terrace towards the historical center. Homemade breakfast is included. Due to a language missunderstanding unfortunately it was not clear for Emma that we would arrive very late for check in and unfortunately, when making the reservation, we didn´t see the usual check in times. So there was a bit of confusion in the beginning but anyway, Emma waited for us to welcome us, even late. Thank you very much for you hospitality!

“Pleasant”
The facility was nice, clean and quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast for the 2 days I was there. The staff was friendly, she woke up at 7am twice to make breakfast which was normally at 8-9am because I had to leave early.
