“It’s soft open, a lot of improvements have yet to happen. Would not stay again.”

“The hotel is elegant and refined,”
We stayed one night at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is elegant and refined, with a great location. They even offered us free access to the spa, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. After a day navigating San Marino’s steep streets and steps, it was especially nice to return to such a cozy and relaxing hotel.

“Good hotel with friendly staff and nice spa”
The hotel has a small parking area at the entrance, a cosy fireplace in the reception, and polite, helpful staff. While some common areas have been redecorated, our room had not - it was spacious with a separate bathroom, but sparsely furnished with old pieces. The spa and massage were good, with a spacious area and heated pool accessible from indoors and outdoors. However some cracks start to show in the paint. Breakfast offered a decent selection, though the dining room felt dark and dated. Dinner was simple but good quality, and the chef personally checked on our satisfaction, which was appreciated. Overall, good value for money, though transport is needed to reach the historical centre. Dog friendly with a little welcome bag of treats.

The breakfast was a usual Italian buffet which was running out of cold meats and the hot options, until the last day when an international football team where staying. Loads of cake and pastry options, if that is your thing.

“Nice spa close to la Citta di San Marino”
The property is close to the city, but you need a car to go there. There is a very nice spa. The breakfast was good with a good selection of food. We really appreciate the opportunity to have our dog staying with us.

Everything was in perfect order, the staff was nice and friendly. As compatriots, we were pleased with the lady from Slovakia who works here - a nice and warm lady. The room was spacious and cozy. It was perfectly clean, everything was in perfect order. We only managed to try the pool from the wellness area, but we enjoyed it in privacy. While swimming, pleasant relaxing music was playing and the colors in the pool changed. Very pleasant relaxation. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would love to come again.
