Superb accommodation, everything absolutely 5 star. A real pleasure to have stayed there. Kristina and Denis were perfect hosts. Accomodation was immaculate, perfectly situated. Total value for money and the breakfast was just perfect. Trust me I stay everywhere and sometimes you find a gem. This was one and if I’m ever around the area again I’ll be revisiting. Thank you.

This beautiful accommodation made it so worthwhile to stay overnight in San Marino. Kristina and Dennis were so accommodating and so obliging that we felt at home in this incredible B&B from the moment we stepped in. The breakfast was possibly the best that we ever had in all our travels.

My time at B&B Old Town San Marino was sublime. The host, Kristina, is wonderful and made sure my stay was perfect. Her professionalism, attention to detail and hospitality was exceptional and it was fantastic getting to meet her, her business partner, and learn more about leather at her fantastic stall! The apartment is located right in the middle of the historic old town of this charming micro state. It was spotlessly clean throughout, stocked with all of the amenities I needed, including thoughtful touches such as a coffee machine in the bedroom. A delicious breakfast was prepared each morning of my stay, to my liking, with freshly brewed coffee. The bed was sumptuous and the balcony in the bedroom provided simply stunning views of San Marino. I would highly recommend this charming B&B for when you’re visiting this enchanting country!

Spacious room with beautiful furnishings. Balcony overlooking one of the main pathways and views out to the landscape. Breakfast was excellent and you could ask for specific order- but no need! Location is right in the middle of the key visiting points. Staff exceptional! Quiet, comfortable and friendly!

“Beautiful property”

A true “home from home” experience in a beautiful property. It is in a perfect location to explore the city of San Marino. The breakfast was better than a 5* hotel would offer and the room we stayed in (with the balcony) was perfect.

We’ve had the most wonderful time here! Imagine traveling by car for many hours just to arrive at a brand new and tastefully designed apartment next to all the major sights that San Marino has to offer. Even before arriving, it became evident that Christina sincerely and heartily cares for her guests. She made us feel very comfortable and almost like at home while being available all the time for any questions we’ve had. Another big surprise was the stunning breakfast that was way beyond our expectations and certainly is nothing like what you would see at most B&B. The food was carefully selected and excellently prepared. Thank you so much! Her honest caring for us didn’t stop her though. When we asked for a restaurant recommendation she offered to call and make the reservation for us. When doing this she told the manager to make sure that we’re treated well since we were her guests. At the restaurant, to our big surprise the owner treated us differently and better even compared to some of the local guests. Thank you for all your efforts, Christina. You made our stay so pleasant and I hope to be back some time in the future.

“A beautifully furnished apartment conveniently right in the center of things”

This property looks unassuming from the outside but is beautifully decorated and furnished. Our room was lovely and comfortably. It has a separate bathroom but is not shared. Our host was really nice. helpful and informative. The breakfast was exceptional with many choices of well prepared food. San Marino is a very busy place but we managed to park only about 75 metres from the property. With the offered discount the parking was only 4 euros for 24 hours. The accommodation is off of one of the main shopping streets and conveniently right in the center of things.

“Excellent host in a beautiful home”

Our host Kristina was very welcoming and provided us with an amazing breakfast on each of our three days. Our room was very comfortable with a small balcony and we had a private bathroom. There is a lovely sitting area outside to relax in after a day of walking.We were close to excellent restaurants and our host provided many suggestions of where to eat and places to visit away from the usual tourist areas. San Marino is worth visiting if you are prepared to venture a little further than the main thoroughfares. Highly recommended. Robyn and Phillip

“Amazing B&B in the heart of San Marino”

It is one of the best places I have ever been to. The location is amazing right in the middle of the old town. The room has a very nice view and it is also very nice looking exactly as shown in the pictures. But the best of all is the breakfast, which is homemade and amazingly delicious. Big thanks to Kristina, she made us feel like we were at home. You can clearly see that running the B&B is her passion, and she is clearly not doing this just to earn money. It made me very happy that there are still places like this.
