“You simply must go!”
The balcony was almost totally private amd gave views over many miles - simply stunning. Comfy bed, gorgeous house and dogs. Very nice host (wish I had seen him more). He even sent me texts checking how I was). His instructions and information are clear and spot on (do take the cable car, its just 5 mins walk without too much of a climb). I saw that breakfast seemed quite well stocked (the host got me some gluten free foods which might not have been easy in San Marino). Apart from the b&b being 100%, San Marino is, too. Simply stunning.

“Beautiful Apartment”
We had the loft apartment but also access to the rest of the beautiful historic house, including the well equiped kitchen. Right in the middle of the beautiful town with amazing views from the spacious balcony.

The interior is modern and absolutely beautiful. You can do the check-in even later, since it’s done through instructions. The owner was very kind. And we love the terrace with a stunning view.

“Amazing experience in San Marino”
The apartment truly surpassed our expectations, the pictures just cannot give you back the feeling being there. Everything is so well selected and sophisticated, perfectly matches the San Marino lifestyle. Not to mention the location, right in the middle of the old town yet in a quite street. Truly breathtaking. Fabrizio is the perfect host, everything was clean and organized, the fridge was full of fine foods and drinks.

“A MUST in San Marino”
Everything! This place is gorgeous - if only available book for one and only San Marino experience (and consider yourself lucky). In fact for me it was 12/10, this is really a signature apartment. If that’s not enough, you can get any hints or help from fantastic place owner, Fabrizio.

“It was an honour to stay in one of San Marino’s historic houses and still remains in the same family”
Perfect spot, right in the centre of the old part of San Marino. Beautiful little house with stunning views from the terrace. Everything on your doorstep. The host, Fabrizio, was very helpful. I will definitely stay here if I visit again and will recommend to others. Grazie mille.

“Stunning balcony views and luxury room”
From the beginning communication with the host was brilliant. Fast responses, gave us tips on how to get there from Rimini and any other questions we had. The accommodation was clean and luxury and the views were AMAZING from the balcony. Would stay again and recommend to anyone who wants to make the most of being in San Marino

“Perfect stay-over in San Marino”
Top location, great view from the balcony. Facility has all what is needed even if you stay some days. Very close to restaurants and sights. Clear communication with the owner.
