Everything was incredible! The apartment exceeded anything we expected or hoped for. The location was ideal...particularly when we discovered the city elevators (not having to walk stairs to get to the historical places kept our energy reserved for exploring). We would go out after making our breakfast, return during the heat and crowds of midday, then go out again in later afternoon. Andrea is so gracious, thoughtful and kind...providing helpful and timely information before and during our visit. He is very generous and I cannot think of anything he could do to make our stay better. The apartment made us want to leave our home and just live in it...we could not need anything more. It is charming and efficient. We loved the patio/balcony (although one other apartment shares it, we did not see anyone else)...beautiful sunsets viewed from here. The kitchen has everything one could need. The bed was comfortable, large enough for 2 of us, and we enjoyed the skylight above it. (Has a blind to keep it cool). The apartment was spotless. You could not ask for more.

Andrea is an amazing host! We kept in touch throughout our stay, he shared his knowledge and recommendations about San Marino, made dinner reservations for us - at the best spots in town, and we felt taken care for the entire time we were his guests. He provided us a free upgrade to a studio with better views and the views are really spectacular. There is a cozy terrace where you can sit and watch the sunset. There are a lot of steps in San Marino and to the studio, so you need to brace yourself for that and mind it when planning luggage size for example.

A very good location, just a few minutes walk from the proper centre. Easy to find and instructions were clear. Andrea, the host was super accommodating and quick to respond. An excellent stay.

The location was excellent; we could easily walk to the old town. The host was very helpful, providing a lot of travel information. The room was comfortable, quiet, and fully equipped, with both heating and air conditioning working.

Beautiful view, central location, well equipped and super nice host

The accommodation in San Marino was excellent. The host helped us with parking and also gave us a good price. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, so you have a view of the San Marino mountains, and with the sunset and a rooftop balcony — there's nothing more to add. The apartment had everything we needed: a kitchen so we could cook, a bathroom, etc. The host replies as quickly as possible and also gives you tips on where to go, where local restaurants are, wine, and so on. He’s truly a great person who takes care of his guests. On top of that, it’s in a strategic location if you want to visit the San Marino towers and its highest point — about a 30-minute walk from the accommodation. There’s an amazing sunrise and a wonderful view. I don't know what else to say, but I must admit we were more than satisfied. That's why we highly recommend this accommodation to everyone. :)

A clean, compact, well appointed apartment, spectacularly located with stupendous views and sunsets from the terrace. Andrea is a truly exceptional host, whose concern and generosity could not be bettered. He was in constant contact throughout our stay, smoothing the way. Parking, is in a secure public car park nearby at only €8 per day, although Andrea even secured us a discount on that.
