I would go back again

I really like the stuff, very friendly and I really like my room very comfortable. Everything was working properly and I really enjoyed the hot water. The location was amazing. I would stay longer.

Not a 'familiar Hotel' & BAD customer service.

Hotel Sand´s DO NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICES and IS NOT A FAMILIAR HOTEL. A satisfied guest is more likely to come back and be loyal to the hotel, but this is not the case. FIRST: We arrived at the Hotel at 2:00 a.m. and after a long business trip, we just "wanted to rest". We were sent to a room that is surronded by the busy street and next to the Hotel´s Restaurant. About 7:00 a.m., we were woke up by the love sounds´ guests who were on the right side, followed minutes later, by the guest at the left side of our room. Just looking at the pics, the hotel Sand´s seems a "familiar Hotel" but by our experience I can tell, it is now a love hotel, also known a love motel. And just for the record: the bath towels, although clean, they were all frayed at the edges. SECOND: Around 10:40 a.m., I returned to the Hotel in a cab, in order to check out. The driver who happened to be an elderly man with hand gestures, asked the guy at the gate: "which boom barrier should be used to get in?" so he could drop me off. But this last person whose name is Ricardo, without saying a word and without moving from his place, just laid his back at the gate kiosk, frowned his face, and pointed his finger at the Driver, to indicate 'don´t move from there'. At tha moment, I got out from tha Taxi, and told the gate man that I was a Guest, asked his name, and told him that I didn´t like his attitude towards me and the Driver, and that I was about to complain about him. I returned to apologize to the Driver for the scene, I paid for his service and went right away to the front desk. Ricardo, inmediately, went after me, and rudely faced and shouted me - in front of two other staff´s member, Oscar and Maritza- "how come I would complaint about him?!". Then, everyone in the room was shouting. Such at nightmare.

I will definitely stay there again. I love the grounds

What breakfast. I had to pay for my breakfast. They had a buffet but no one told me it was included. The worst problem was the shower head fell off of the wall and I did not get to take a bath. Staff are not very attentive except for the porter.

Perfect place, next to bus terminal

This place was amazing! Unfortunately I cant remember his name, but the older gentleman that took us to our room in the evening was phenomenal! Everything was perfect. Huge room, clean, convenient location, etc.

It is well located, just next to the bus station so getting a taxy was easy. The place was nice, they helped me when I needed help and they were always polite.
