Really cozy B&B with a really nice and caring host!

Marcos ensured our stay was comfortable, bright, clean and welcoming accommodation, great restaurant recommendations. Superb breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was peaceful and away from the crowds, with the beach only a 2-minute walk away. The beautiful garden was full of flowers and fruit trees, offering both sunny spots and shaded areas to relax. The delicious and generous Italian breakfast, with homemade jams, was a wonderful start to each day. The host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Host Marco is very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very close to the sea, and conveniently located for visiting the Valle dei Templi and the old town of Agrigento.

Great accommodation with a wonderful private terrace facing a beautiful garden! Absolutely worth coming here! Marco is the most friendly and accommodating host - he went out of his way to make us have a comfortable stay and gave us plenty of good recommendations. We can only recommend this place!

“A great location, nicely appointed with a lovely host.”

This apartment was in a quiet street and 1 minute to the beach. Marco met us and was very kind and amenable throughout our stay. He recommended places to visit which was very helpful. Marco has been running this place for 15 years and has made it very comfortable. The terrace covered area was lovely to sit in at night. He provides a basic breakfast of fruit and croissants and coffee. There’s a small kitchen area with a fridge. His garden is immaculate and he has some great specimen plants. Marco recommended us to visit Valle dei Templi for sunset which was such a great idea, it was less crowded, cooler and we were there for the big light up. He also recommended Oceanomare which is a cool bar particularly at sunset. Albatross pizzeria, whilst quiet was a great place to eat.

Very nice place to stay, Marco is super nice person! Very warm welcoming, beatifull room and garden so you can enjoy your stay and awesome breakfast in the morning :) Marco can answer some questions regarding places to visit or where to eat some good food so dont hesitate and just ask what you need. No problem with free parking spot on the street.

“Comfortable overnight seaside stay near Agrigento”

Quiet side street with on street parking, just a few steps from a sandy beach (didn't swim). Marco the host was very attentive (possibly to a fault), and reserved an excellent restaurant for dinner (Caico) - outstanding. Nice choice of breakfast, comfortable bed and good clean bathroom.

What a gem! Excellent location for visiting Agrigento & the Roman mosaics, only approx 10 mins away. The property is set in lovely gardens and very quiet. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the garden as we were only there one night. The addition of a lovely conservatory made our stay very comfortable. Our host Marco was charming, welcoming & very attentive. He couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was great! A great find & close to the beach.

Beautifully maintained and relaxed surroundings. The property is like an oasis behind the front gate. The beach is very close and was warm, sandy & clean to swim in. We ended up staying an extra night as we enjoyed staying here.

We were so comfortable at Marco’s place, in every sense of the word! Marco was very welcoming and accommodating, and keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay. He offered a very generous, delicious breakfast served personally on our terrace with a smile and helpful tips for the day! The room and enclosed terrace were meticulous and offer every comfort. We also had our own fridge, microwave and kettle at our disposal. The Sandy beach is a two minute walk and the garden has lots of chairs and hammocks to seek or avoid the sun as you will. San Leone itself is a lovely beach location with plenty of restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance. Parking is right outside and it’s a short drive to the amazing Valley of the Temples. Loved our stay and highly recommend 😍

“Cuore della Sicilia <3”

The breakfast is really amazing as the host (Marco) is. The accomodation is a nice hidden gem with a gorgeous garden and milieu, max 200 m from the sandy beach (without crowd). Well prepared with some 'tiny' extras like parasol, parking spot AND the great program suggestions from Marco like Valley of temples, or nice beaches, great close restaurants, or for example the Villa Romana del Casale...etc. Perfetto :) WE suggest Villa Cetta for everyone, who wants to stay at a cozy, not over-touristed place with a real italian vibe.

Location near the beach is amazing ! It’s only 15min away from the valley of the temples, and all the things to visit in the area. There’s ac in the room, the bed was comfortable, everything’s clean and top of the notch was Marco who makes us feel really welcome! The breakfast was great and the outdoors in the house is very nice.

We had a fantastic stay! The host, who lives on the property, is incredibly kind and helpful. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect – from keeping the place spotless to sharing amazing local tips. One of the highlights was the made-to-order breakfast – you can choose exactly what you want and when you want it. So convenient and delicious! The location is excellent – right by the sea, with restaurants within walking distance. It’s also very close to the Valley of the Temples and other major sights. The property itself is beautifully maintained. The garden is especially impressive, with plenty of cozy spots to relax and unwind. Parking is easy and safe, right outside on a quiet street. Overall, the value for money is just incredible. We loved every moment and would absolutely stay here again. 10 out of 10!

Great location with superb beach. Marco keeps his rooms & garden immaculate and is happy to book two wonderful restaurants in walking distance & advise on the important local archaeological sites. Nothing was too much trouble also shown by his breakfast

“Excellent location near the Valley of Temples”

Marco was a very helpful and friendly host. We arrived around 5pm and he made the excellent suggestion to visit the Valley of the Temples that evening (less than a 10 minute drive away) to take advantage of the sunset. He was so right. We visited in late October and the visit was calm with not many tourists. The evening light was beautiful and we were so impressed by the site. The same night we brought back sandwiches as we had been eating so much throughout our tour of Sicily that we just wanted something simple. Marco kindly gave us plates and utensils to have our late dinner outside on the veranda. Breakfast was exceptional with fresh fruit, pastries, juice and coffee. Lovely to sit outside. Sadly we didn't have time to visit the beautiful beach across the street!
