We were here during the winter but the house looks ideal for summer hollidays, next to a sand beach and with a very nice garden. The house is spacious and functional.

The apartment was very large and comfortable and we found it very easy to relax there. The garden was fantastic and very nice to relax in. We were close to the beach and some nice restaurants. The hosts also checked regularly that we had everything we needed.

The most impressive part was that the owner Vincenzo had addressed every concern in the feedback I’d read before arriving - any bad point you read has been rectified where possible - this is outstanding. Everything was as clean as it could be! Even the sheets were ironed, starched and hand embroidered. The towels were the fluffiest and whitest I’ve seen in any hotel. It was beautifully furnished in traditional style but with glamorous touches. Security felt good with a locked gate and big steel door. There are also rolladen which are external shutter on wall switches so you can make the bedroom dark and cool - this was a wonderful surprise for us! Also mosquito mesh at the windows as well as mesh to stop the cats entering. There is CCTV in the garden, which some may not like but it made us feel safe. Beds were super comfortable. We had enough cooking utensils and equipment to self cater easily. The garden is beautiful and a sheltered spot in case it rains. There are a lot of mosquitoes but we bought repellent and smoke spirals. The location is 150m to the beach and the beach is white sand and lovely, but be aware there is a derelict beach bar as you arrive and glass in the sand so wear shoes. To use a beach with a bar you need to go a km towards San Leone where there are wave breaks making the sea calmer. There are also restaurants there; we especially enjoyed Marco Polo - it was reasonably priced and excellent quality. The best supermarket is a drive away Pago Poco Viale Cannatello, 34. We were happy to have the parking place outside the house and despite quite a large hire car I was able to reverse up the narrow street to park. Finally the cats - our daughter was thrilled to have cats to feed, although the owner does leave a huge bowl out for them - he feeds them in winter because no one else does. There was a pregnant female and my daughter is looking forward to seeing some updates of kittens from Vincenzo.

The home is amazing - very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The garden is huge with nice place to sit in the shadow or during the rain. Tons of various plants, wandering cats (may be bothering but the owner mentions it in the messages), pomegranates and oranges hanging from the trees. Very close to the beach but 1uite far from the shops and restaurants - car is a need if you want to do some shopping or go to the nice place for dinner. The owner was responsive and provided all info we needed. The kids loved the collection of vintage disney comic magazines :)

amazing apartment with an enormous terrace. It's a great idea to have bikes in the apartment. Everything was perfect. Would gladly come again.

It is a very nice, spacious and clean apartment, 2 minutes walk to the beach. The host is friendly and we could communicate well with Google translate ;) Beautiful garden with hammock.
