“Excellent location and nice breakfast”
The location is excellent, beaches on the other side of the street are lovely. Moreover, the walking distance to the Dune area and the "city-center" are very reasonable (10-20 min). The private parking spot is a must have and the check-in/out were very easy. The included breakfast is great for the price and the bedroom/bathroom were clean. The small front terrace is nice and the inclusion of an hanging dryer is very useful

Excellent location so close to the beach, with a great view of the beach from the balcony/terrace. Very clean and comfortable, and Gabriel was super helpful and very thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Gabriele was super helpful. He lent us an umbrella for the beach and carried a suitcase up the stairs as my partner had a bad back. Breakfast was really good Lovely room with a balcony overlooking the sea Beach is across the road

“Would recommend to anybody!!”
This place is so clean! Everything is as expected, and there’s private parking available on the property which was very helpful. Breakfast (as mentioned in other reviews) was brilliant and Garbriele couldn’t have been more helpful! We loved our stay.

“Lovely stay in a nice place”
The owner was very friendly, helpful and flexible. We really booked last minute, 10 min. before showing up and were welcomed as we were expected a long time. Room with view to the sea (only separated by the road). Clean bathroom, good breakfast. Thank you very much.

“A short stay near the Valley of the Temples”
Gabriele was welcoming and helpful. The house is clean, well maintained and comfortable. Everything was as described, and parking was available on site. This B & B is good value for money. We stayed upstairs with a balcony.

“Great and amazing stay in San Leone”
Its a beautiful location direct at the beach. Save parking, near to walk to the center. Very, very clean and every day new towels. We had a room with a balcony and sea view! Amazing! And Gabriele is a very friendly and warm host! Breakfast is also wonderful! Great!

The location is right by a beautiful beach and walking distances from all the amenities of San Leone. Our balcony had a sea view. Gabriele was a kind and considerate host, providing an excellent breakfast and making sure our room was spotless.
