ur second visit, and it was every bit as special as the first. We travelled all the way from Australia to return, which says everything about how much we love this place. The hosts are warm, welcoming and truly exceptional. The house is beautiful, stylish and modern, set amongst stunning surroundings that are perfect for peaceful walks and complete relaxation. The pool is gorgeous, the wellness retreat area is fantastic, and the breakfast is always wonderful. This remains our favourite Airbnb of all time. A truly special place that feels like a home away from home, and one we will keep coming back to whenever we can. ❤️🏡🌿☀️🏊‍♀️🥐✨

“A stylish oasis close to Bologna.”

Totally perfect. It is set in huge grounds, the rooms are very stylish. Everything is very high spec and the welcome is really friendly. The home baking for breakfast was delicious. It is in beautiful countryside, but just 8 minutes drive to easy parking at San Lazzaro station, and then just 8 minutes in the train to Bologna centre. Fabulous.

“Perfect, quiet, clean, luxurious place to stay!”

Incredibly clean! I am a real clean freak and everything was pristine. Lovely showers, main area and the spa was absolutely beautiful. It’s not in central Bologna which is nice as it’s quiet and a quick car ride or bus ride gets you right into the centre. The grounds are stunning! We were able to check in late and Nella was always available to help us with anything. We didn’t see or hear any other guests while we were there aside from once or twice when leaving.

Lovely rural location with amazing facilities including spacious room, heated pool, sauna and steam room. Short easy drive to Bologna. Nella the host was amazing.

Nella was an amazing host! She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Her property is a beauty and it felt so luxurious, probably the best stay we had in Italy. She always replied almost immediately whenever I had questions.

We loved everything about the property. The rooms were very spacious and we also had a small sitting room area. The rooms were decorated very stylishly, and the bed linens and bed were very comfortable. We also liked the indoor heated pool, and dry/wet saunas. Nice to relax and ease the muscles after a full day of touring the nearby townships. Last but not least, Nella was a warm and friendly host. She gave us some good restaurant advice which we followed and enjoyed. She puts on a delicious breakfast in the morning and made us good coffees, as we sat blissfully in the front garden and planned our day. We loved the visiting peacocks who loved to admire themselves in the reflective glass for hours!
