Very friendly contact with clear instructions over WhatsApp. Full privacy and option of 24/7 check-in / check out. Nice and private guest house in quiet neighbourhood. Very tastefully decorated house with all needed luxury. Save parking. For Italy, effort was made to present a tasty and diverse breakfast.

“For us, a near perfect place to stay”
The accommodation is a bit remote and it is advisable to have transport if you stay here. For me and my son it was ideal with safe and secure parking for our motorcycles. It also had air conditioning which was a real bonus in the sweltering 38 degrees C temperature. Although we didn’t get to meet with Marco, the owner, he was always contactable and the instructors he gave were clear and concise. We were attending the World Superbike races in Imola and visiting the Ducati museum In Bologna, it was good for both.

I was surprised to be asked to pay 7€ for stay taxes, when 10€ for the same purpose were already included in the booking invoice. Consequently, you owe me 10€.

Very cozy single-room apartment on the Hills outside the city. As we wanted above all a quiet accomodation we were very happy with our choice. A lot of space and everything nice and clean. Breakfast was provided beforehand. Ample parking available, free of charge. Spacious and comfortable queen-sized bed. AC available for hot/cold days.
