The most fantastic villa in many ways with a wonderful pool and gardens and great terraces all with stunningly beautiful views over the coast and countryside. Kitchen very well equipped, comfortable lounge and dining room with many books of interest to read and great TV options.

“Amazing place to stay in lovely, quiet area of Gozo!”

The property was so beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay and more. Beds were comfortable, Property is very spacious and has been well designed. The pool area is amazing and we spent many happy hours swimming and playing with our little one (it is quite deep, which was okay for us but might not suit less confident swimmers). We were greeted by the host and given a tour, with everything we needed explained to us and even some local resturant recommendations. We definitely hope to return one day!

Genuine character and love of the property can be seen by the pain staking restoration, it feels like a brand new build while looking like an old maintained building.

We loved every minute of our stay at Dar Ta'Xmun! A very authentic yet comfortable house with a beautiful garden and a great pool, the photos are great but the reality is even better! Great łocation, very peaceful and serene. The hosts are super helpful and friendly. We loved it all! 😊

Kristian and Cordelia were perfect hosts! Kristian gave us a fantastic tour around the property and was full of local knowledge. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and even helped us find the grocery store nearby. The property itself was exceptional - the maintenance of the home is very good, the gardens are stunning and our kids spent most of their time in the beautiful pool. What an incredible home - full of Maltese character, with a myriad of rooms and interesting features. We were able to eat outside with a view of the pool, gardens and sea in the distance. So peaceful! We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. I was there with my husband, two children (7 and 9) and my parents. The house felt easily big enough for another family to join us. Modern appliances in the kitchen, and working air con (not coin operated). We ate at ‘home’ most evenings but went out for dinner one night to a restaurant recommended by Kristian - fab place called Tatitas in San Lawrence. All in all, a wonderful experience, highly recommended.

You would feel compelled to leave a less than excellent Review, just to hide this little gem a little longer, that's how great it was. We will be booking next year already. We arrived late and were met by the caretakers at about 23:30. Everything still went smoothly. Beuatiful quirky old farmhouse that has been extended. Has all the amenities. 4 bedrooms, all with AC, in all 9 beds (2 double beds, 2 single, 3 kids beds). Beautiful garden with an amazing view. Pool with a jumping board, still about 140 cm deep at the shallow end, so not ideal for small kids (but why you'd want your own pool when you have a toddler is beyond me). Has washing machine (came in very handy).
