“Overrated on Booking.com, never a 9 but closer to 6 in our view”
They refunded the first night due to our complaints. The bed sheet was stained and was all wrinkled . We were offered a change of sheet or change of room. We chose a change of room and then discovered a horrible stain on the toilet seat in the alternative room. The staff cleaned it and told us it was wax but the room should never have been cleared for use.

I called twice to check if they were pet friendly. Once a week ago, the other one the day before traveling. Both times they said yes, with a $75 fee. I got there tired and exhausted and they turned us back because they were not pet friendly. Mind you, my dog is a 6 pounds, fully trained service dog. Worst staff attitude ever, not even an offer to help us find another property to stay or make an exception for the night.

“Awesome!”
Breakfast was good. Plenty of food and good selection. Pool was great and nor crowded. The room was very clean and housekeeping was on point and very helpful. I only wish I had more time to enjoy everything that was offered.
