“Perfect location for visiting San Juan. Margie, her team and meeting other guests made our stay.”
The owner, Margie, sent comprehensive details for entry to the property and made us very welcome on arrival. Good room (4), lovely breakfast, friendly staff, communal rooms to sit in and all you need for the beach provided. The beach, restaurants and a supermarket all within walking distance.

The B&B is situated in a nice neighbourhood, close to the beach and some restaurants. Nice quiet room and good breakfast. Very friendly welcome from Marge & all the staff Easy to walk to other places in San Juan

LOVE this B&B! Our go to for 1 night before we leave PR because it is so close to the airport! Walk to the beach and many restaurants. Parking available and breakfast is absolutely lovely!! Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and anything we could possibly need during our stay was provided. Breakfast was excellent. The beach was just a short walk away, as were shops and restaurants.

“Comfortable stay in Condado”
Our hostess Margie was very welcoming. You can tell she really tries to make her guests comfortable. Breakfast always included eggs, potatoes, toast, cereal, fruit, etc., and lasted until at least 10:30, which we appreciated!. Quiet location on residential street, but close to lots of restaurants and the beach. The area felt very safe. Also near three different public bus routes into Viejo San Juan (check Google maps for a (very) approximate schedule). We often had to wait a bit for the bus, but we didn't mind because the fare was totally free right now, possibly through September. Once the bus arrived, the ride only took about 20 minutes. There was also a large supermarket about a 5 minute walk away, where we picked up packaged salads for the plane trip home. The room had a microwave and mini-fridge, as well as plates for those who might want to eat in.

“Fabulous find in San Juan”
This was a fabulous find. A traditional Puerto Rican house. The set up was great, very relaxing with only 5 bedrooms. There is a nice shared sitting room which you can enjoy throughout your stay. Breakfast is served in a small dining room. Has all you need for breakfast with some nice warm options and plenty Ty of cereal fruit/ toast.

We stayed with Margie twice , pre and post our recent cruise out of San Juan This lovely little B&B was a fabulous find, located in a residential area close to bars and restaurants and 1 block from the beach! It was so good I almost didn't want to write the review as I want it to be available for whenever we visit!!!!!! Margie and staff are all lovely and very accommodating. Arrival instructions were easy to follow Rooms were clean, and beds were very comfortable, during our 2 stays we had rooms 1, 2 and 4, each was slightly different but had all you needed. Usb charging points in bedside lamps was a bonus and something we haven't even had in some high end hotels!! Breakfast was way more than what was expected, selection of cereals, fruits, juices, hot items and toast. Tea and coffee were always available along with iced water. Having beach chairs available to use, along with other items, was a great bonus for us! This will definitely be our go to place to stay every time we are in San Juan!
