Everyone in our group agreed that the bed and sheets were very comfortable. The meals in the attached restaurant were excellent, as was the service there.

This hotel is the place to be in Condado. Very clean and any issues dealt with quickly. The hotel manager and staff are amazing friendly and very very helpful. The restaurant has delicious food. The beach is 3 minutes drive away and 10 minute walk. You get fresh clean towels and free loungers at the beach. The restaurant at the beach has delicious food and cocktails and is good to eat there in the evenings. The location is great having many shops other hotels and many restaurants. The area is vibrant and busy. I would highly recommend

This hotel is great value for money, while the humidity has done some damage to it in some areas, it's doesnt outweight the great service, cleanliness, convenience, and location.

Voucher for the breakfast, with a lot of selection. Close to the beach and offer free chairs and umbrellas. Close to restaurant area Comfy bed and spacious room

Really liked the hotel and restaurant, excellent food! My only negative was the hot tub was not clean until the day we checked out. We complained about it and it took a couple of days to get it clean. But pool was beautiful and everything else very nice
