“Loved our stay despite negative comments bot”
Very calming with great restaurant on site. 30 minute walk to pyramids. Pool and spa were lovely though we didn’t use them.

“Excellent location”
The location it's perfect , near to principal highway, to a big supermarket and a little place to have lunch for a very good price. Also you can reach downtown in a few minutes, where you can grab a taxi to the pyramids.

“Disappointing, especially the Deluxe Suite bathroom”
We stayed in the Deluxe Suite called Xochipilli. Enormous and very comfortable bed. The room is extremely big and its garden area is very nice. The breakfast was excellent - lovely fruit juice and coffee, very good eggs and the gigantic croissant was delicious.

An oasis in the desert, such a beautiful setting both architecturally and naturally. There was an open wood burning fire pit and an 8 piece band just happened to have been hired to play for a couple's anniversary in the garden restaurant. Couldn't have asked for a more complete and fairy tale evening!

Great installations. We stayed 2 nights in the deluxe suite room and it was just amazing, everything was perfect, big and comfortable bed, great bath and amazing decoration. We spent a night in the standard double room and it was okay. In my opinion really expensive for what you get, the double bed is small but it's a good room. Pool is amazing and the restaurant has a great menu. Free breakfast is perfect

“So delighted we stayed here after a hot day at the archeological site”
An oasis of calm filled with mature trees, a fabulous pool with lots of birds, butterflies and damsel flies flitting around. Easy to find, great decor and super friendly staff. The massages we booked were superb.

“For one night it was the best option but I wouldn’t stay longer”
The place is probably one of the best in the area. Top was the staff who were friendly and helpful and the breakfast they made was really nice.

Too cold in the rooms at night, they provided blankets but it was not too confy to be in à cold room, hot shower was not working at night but it was in the morning

“All in all great”
In the room where we were, there was no hot water. We told the staff and they tried to fix it but they couldn't.We were transferred to another room which was the better. I guess it was more expensive but we didn't pay more money. Which is a very good thing.
