“Cozy hotel with perfect location!”
Great hotel with a perfect location—walking distance to the pyramids and San Sebastian's town square. Cozy, with a charming garden, and owned by a family who attends to your every need and will make sure you are comfortable.. They gave us a drive to San Juan and allowed us to check out in the afternoon with no extra charge. Highly recommended for everyone who wants to stay close to the pyramids and avoid the hectic of the big city.

“Really nice and quiet place to stay”
I arrived quite early in the morning and way before check in time but they prepared a room for me where the previous guests had already checked out. As I had to get up early that day, I felt beyond grateful for this. The room has a view on the pyramid which was incredible! For the check out they were again very kind and flexible, so I had a very convenient stay and appreciate their efforts.

“The best start of a Mexican holiday”
The room was clean and authentic. It is realy close to the Piramids. The staff is nice,friendly, helpful and smiling. I recommend this accommodation whole hearredly to everyone.

Very friendly, and a short walk from the Teotihuacan site. Secure parking and a small internal garden area. Pleasantly decorated.

“I was blown away at how nice it was”
This place is a half of a block tall walled compound with big metal doors.. when you walk into the courtyard you are like wow!! It's a brick courtyard that you park in with a small grassy area and everything is perfect. Everything is new or completely remodeled and done very tastefully.. the inside of the room that I stayed in was small but gorgeous all the tile walls paint fixtures and everything in the bathroom was new. The staff was great, there's a young girl who lives there and helps out because she can speak some English, and she is awesome. If you're going to Teotihuacan to visit the pyramids or take the balloon rides I highly recommend this place. The little area that this place in is not that nice but once you get inside the walls of this compound it's beautiful. This is a true taste of Mexico so dogs barking all the time is normal.

Excellent location, very beautiful place (nicer than pics), felt super safe with a big gate, amazing venue from the window to a pyramid. Wake up early (6-7am) to see the hot air balloons everywhere! Slept super well

“Extremely Recommendable”
The staff were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond! They allowed us to use the kitchen to cook a meal when we were sick. When they cleaned our room they took the extra step to fold our clothes and even had put the flowers that my boyfriend had given me into a vase with water. All of the staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were super clean and comfortable!
