“Unpleasant”
The room was spacious. There is a terrace with a view of the lake but lots of construction obstructs the view.

Very friendly staff! Allowed us to check out late and leave our luggage whilst we explored. We then missed our boat to Panajachel and they let us stay an extra night with no hassle. Very comfy mattress, good wifi and super clean

“Well priced, great location and very relaxing quiet stay”
The staff are fantastic and very helpful, it’s a family run place and they are always there to help. Rooms are large too and stay nice and cool in the evenings.

The friendliest staff, felt more like friends than anything, views are great from the rooftop. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if the opportunity arises.

“Amazing staff with beautiful roof top views”
Super nice staff team, very helpful and welcoming. Booking announced a bathtub but there is none in there building so they upgraded me to a room with a better view because there was one free. They just started the place 3 months ago. Beautiful views from roof terrace.

Nice place but requires a bit more attention and improvements. Room was quite big and bed comfortable. However it could be cleaner. Bed sheets were definitely clean but I wasn't sure about the extra blanket. Bathroom was missing shower curtain and everything was getting wet. I think this place has potential and the owners are really good people.
