Cozy room and lovely terrace! Room had everything we needed, including A/C! We would recommend! There is a shared kitchen with a large fridge.

Everything was great! Wonderful welcome, lovely clean big room with purified water. Air conditioning which was just heaven after only fans for a while. Great location, near the bus stop, laundry and shops and restaurants not forgetting the beach. Kitchen that can be used by all with free coffee. A great little communal area too. Only reason to not give a 10 is that we don’t trust 10 reviews. This is a wonderful place to stay, we stayed for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. It’s quiet, really comfy bed so a lovely sleep which was much needed.

“Nice hotel”

It is a very nice hotel. The room was small, but it had some shelves and a little table with a lamp. The shower actually had hot water ( we didn't have hot water in other places in Nicaragua ). The bed was comfortable. Very clean hotel. It was a common kitchen with kitchen appliances. Very clean kitchen. The hotel offered motorcycles for rent ($20 per day). Great location, close to the beach.

I love the style in the rooms, well done. Looks very nice with the dark wood trim and white walls. Bathroom was nice in my single room. I was upstairs by the sitting area so it was loud when others were visiting but I had headphones so no issue. Very accommodating day staff, kind, friendly. Very clean great little kitchen.

Lovely little hotel. Friendly family who run it. Room is spacious, the bed is comfy and the blanket is a nice touch. It’s also nice to have a lamp in the room. The drinking water in the room was really helpful too. The kitchen is well equipped and very clean. The sun deck is lovely to sit outside and chill.

We had a great stay at Chale's house..it is a very nice place, with very clean rooms including A/C, water offered in each room and with a rooftop area to chill as well es a kitchen. High standard but still affordable.. We felt very welcome from the booking up to the time we left. Communication was excellent, and we were offered late check-out, which is, of course, due to availability. They also organized a direkt transfer for us to Granada with a great driver. He spoke English and we had a funny ride with him. Thanks for everything, we enjoyed it a lot and will definitely recommend your place. Good luck to all of you! :-)

“Good stay, good location”

Stayed here for two nights with my partner. It was our first stop in Nicaragua, having come from Costa Rica. Chales House was located right in town with easy access to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The staff were friendly and facilities clean. The shower was an electric shower and had plenty of pressure and hot water. Kitchen had a coffee machine with free coffee and was well equipped with what we needed to make breakfast. The AC worked well and kept us nice and cool at night. A little loud but no worries with earplugs
