“11 out of 10 for both property and host”
I loved my stay. The unit was absolutely perfect for me. I especially loved the outdoor spaces, private upstairs deck when it was sunny and another deck covered for rainy periods ( I was there during rainy season). Everything I needed and more was there. Host was very kind and pleasant, not obtrusive but attentive. The grounds are amazing, an oasis filled with trees, flowers and beautiful natural stone steps. It is in a neighbourhood which I really enjoyed, loved hearing the chickens and life all around me. Would highly recommend and I hope to go back someday to my tree house in San Juan Del Sur.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jan-Luc's place. The cabins our really lovely and comfortable and in a great location. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony which was perfect when it was raining. The kitchen is equipped well enough for some basic cooking and we really appreciated Jan-Luc coming to our rescue when I forgot to buy cooking oil. Would definitely recommend :)

“Great stay”
Nice location close walk to town. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen. Smart TV with Netflix. Nice veranda with hammocks. The host was always contactable via WhatsApp. Nice rustic setting

“Perfect getaway”
Wow, what a place! We spent two nights in the apartment, just with the two of us. It's comfortable, it has all the facilities and the location is perfect. Staff was really friendly and helpful during our stay. We noticed that the potable water bottle was almost empty and they brought one right away. We enjoyed our stay so much!

We loved staying here. The terrace is amazing. We spent many hours relaxing there. The place is clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is just far enough out of town to be quiet but not too far. The birds in the early evening in the trees are lovely. The host is very responsive to messages. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

“I would go back in a heartbeat”
The kitchen was super well equipped! The BBQ stations were really quaint and accessible, I also loved how although there were multiple little cabanas, they all felt fairly isolated. The terrace was a seller, and the kitties on the property were a delight to have around
