This apartment was excellent choice. Especially family of 4 persons and also can be for 5 persons. Very big. Well equipped. Everything needed was available. PARKING is free. Which it's very important. We enjoyed a lot our trip our stay. It was perfect. Thank you for the owners. We enjoyed our stay

Location close to the metro station, free parking in the garage.

We really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The place was spotlessly clean, and everything looked brand new. We had access to chairs and passes for the swimming pool, which was a nice bonus. The communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. Even though we didn't arrive on time, the host was incredibly helpful in showing us how to access the apartment. Two thumbs up!

It was comfortable, spacious and clean. 10 min by car from city center and has a metro really close to it.

The apartment was perfect, it had everything we needed and the underground free parking was very convenient for us also the security of the building was so good, very impressed with it all

“Comfortable accommodation but lack of proper welcome and information”

The fridge hadn't been cleaned properly and smelled very, very strongly of fish. It was deeply unpleasant to the point where we used it as little as possible - somehwat inconvenient given the heat. The information provision was lacking. Instead of meeting the owner to collect the keys at the apartment as previously arranged, we received a message to collect instead from a company in Seville. The woman there was very nice and helped as much as she could but did not know the apartment. We did not know the system for the car parking. Luckily we met a resident who showed us. Then we discovered the parking spaces were numbered but we had not been given the number. We had to call to find it out. Then we had problems with the key to exit the parking and on each occasion we had to rely on other residents for help. The owner was no help at all. He was difficult to get hold of and we eventually managed to make contact through Booking.com. He told us it takes a week to make a new key which we accepted, but he offered no advice at all and we had the impression he simply did not care. This is in complete contrast to the subsequent apartment we moved to in Cordoba. The owners there sent full instructions including photos and videos on how to get to the apartment and enter both it and the car park. In addition they provided us with detailed information and recommendations. We recommend the owner of Sencational apt improve his approach to dealing with guests.
