“DENIED CHECK IN (after paying in advance)”
DENIED CHECK IN ! I paid in advance and was denied checking in at 11pm because I didn't have the same credit card I paid with on me (even though I had the card on my phone and I had other cards). Booking.com later confirmed this was not what the hotel needed and I should never have denied by check-in. Hotel receptionist was rude and useless. Manager not contactable. Strongly recommend finding an alternative hotel in San Jose.

“Clean and comfortable , I would stay here again.”
Lovely stay, The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access by the bus that stopped outside the hotel. The staff were friendly. Very nice breakfast with a lot of options. I would stay here again

An exquisite modern clean hotel with plenty of parking. Spacious rooms and bathrooms with lovely decor throughout the entire hotel. Loved the virtual checkin and breakfast each morning was tasty and an excellent variety.

The room was fine, but just fine; nothing outstanding. There was complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and tea in the room. The bed was clean and comfy, and the air conditioner was efficient. You can walk easily, in 10 minutes, to the mall and Santana Row.

“Adequate stay, though overpriced”
The staff were excellent; a person was there for check in, and the E-check out was very good. The lady on the video camera was exceptional at responding to our needs and deserves a commendation given that she was remote.
