“Absolute reliable stay in San Jose area”
I do really appreciate that staff allowed me to connect to wifi and deliver my work on time even after check-out time, for me this is a very important requirement. Rooms are really comfortable and llow for a long term stay, swimming pool, laundry and all other hotel facilities are just perfect. Manager is really accesible and friendly with humble and very possitive attitude, willing to help, and most important, he took care of my family. No doumbt this hotel is a reliable option working in San Jose area.

booked a room, arrived late and really wanted to sleep, but upon arrival the manager told me that there were no vacancies, although my room was booked by me, the manager decided to help me and still resolved my issue with the room and checked me in, but there were a lot of cockroaches in the room and The hairdryer didn't work, I won't stay here again, there shouldn't be cockroaches in the hotel

“This appears to be a "voucher" facility, and there were a lot of loud,sketchy people hanging around.”
The front desk staff said there was a continental breakfast. When I went out there was nothing in the serving bowls. And another guest was telling the front desk they were out of coffee. The clerk kept yelling for someone, which turned out to be a housekeeper about getting more coffee made. She said she would take care of it in a minute. She was busy cleaning a room.

Heidi was an awesome host / front desk staff. Very very helpful and loves her job. The only thing I like is the exterior of the Hotel, they could use a Reno on their units. Breakfast was literally nothing, coffee and power bars!! Don’t know why they called it breakfast, doesn’t make any sense to me.

“After my similar experiences in Anaheim and South San Jose, I will never stay at ESA Suites again.”
Bed was comfortable, but I didn't trust its cleanliness given the smell of the room, filthy carpet, and filthy draperies. Air conditioner was quiet for what it was and effective.
