Staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a nice atmosphere (relaxing and quite quiet). The room was comfortable.

The hotel was very nice, especially for a two star rating, boutique like. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly both Alejandro and Cristine who spoke some English and helped us with recommendations. The room, albeit small, was very clean and comfortable with a small fridge which had cold drinks available. We had breakfast which was only €8, so great value.

Cosy hotel, with kind and attentive staff, metres away from the main street of San José. The buffet breakfast is of good quality and value at 8€ per person.

Very charming, tastefully furnished and very comfortable beds. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful to me and helped me to sort out a change to my booking.

The proprietor of the hotel was everywhere, cleaning up, serving breakfast, manning the reception and was very friendly and approachable. We loved the charm and character of the hotel and the location was excellent! We have visited San Jose twice before and this was just the holiday we needed after a bad experience in Cuba in March. We needed a familiar place to stay, a warm hug of a holiday and this hotel and town offered this. So refreshed after spending time here.

A great place to stay in San Jose. Nicely furnished rooms, and friendly staff. The breakfast is outstanding value for money. No car park, but usually not a problem on the street in the vicinity. Walking distance to the beach/harbour.

Pleasant & helpful check in. Quality bedding in a lovely room with a small fridge/mini bar, safety deposit box & nice balcony. Rooms cleaned & replenished every day. Great location, few minutes from the beach and centre of San Jose and the bus if you want to go to the Cabo de Gata beaches. Lovely choice at breakfast, good quality hot and cold food and freshly made coffee. Free private parking right opposite property.
