“Comfortable and welcoming staff”
Comfortable stay and lovely staff. Rhea went above and beyond for me, I left my shoes and went up north and she arranged to get them sent to me. Couldn’t thank her enough! The front desk also helped me get around as the transport was unclear.

The biggest shock was: we arrived at 1:30 pm and weren't allowed to check in, even though the room was ready! The manager's rule: no check-in before 2:00 pm :-(. Luxury hotel??.....No water heater in the shower, broken door handles on the roof terrace, etc. Breakfast was okay, but served cold – that's unacceptable!!!! This manager should be removed from the Red Doors program.

“Good stay”
The location is perfect, the room was spacious and clean. There is a hot/cold water dispenser which is convenient. Staff is friendly.

“Good place, little bit expensive but it’s a very clean hotel. WiFi was not very stable”
Really nice and clean, good food in the cafe. Only problem was the wifi, not working in the room most of the time

Super friendly staff and helpful. Great location and comfy room. Is budget and that’s what you pay for so no extra amenities but we didn’t need any. Highly recommend.

“Comfortable and brand new”
It's a brand new hotel, the bed was super comfy, the bathroom spacious. Every was truly clean. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The location is great, 15 min walking to the bus terminal and surrounded by local restaurants

“Excellent room but avoid it if you want to sleep. Only perfect for parties”
Room could be a 3/4 stars in Europe. People on the afternoon shift was helpful. Room and facilities are perfect but need curfew and need to control unrespectful guests.
