The location and the pool. Brissa was an amazing concierge and has provided great info on everything we needed. Also, Ismael wass very attentive and took care of us near the pool area. Flor was great for breakfast and she made sure all the special orders are correctly made with great taste.

“Beautiful location & comfortable beds”
This hotel is great value for the money. I wouldn’t pay anymore to stay here, but I do feel we got value for what we paid. The beds were very comfortable which is important. We just chose the continuous ON option for the fan on the thermostat which provided enough white noise for a great nights sleep.

The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Angela was always there to make sure we had everything we needed and to get things repaired when necessary. Pedro at the pool bar always made great drinks and was so friendly.

“We had a relaxing break from winter in a well located resort with some minor inconveniences.”
We found the buffet to have the best food with great selections and the choice of beverages from the various bars was excellent. Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating and some went way beyond expectations. Great view of the beach and ocean from our room.

“Good, but won't return.”
Facilities are ok, even though they are not new, they are kept in good condition. We had a situation with one of the rooms, where the lock stopped working and we were not able to get into the room. It took them some hours to fix this.
