Something for everyone of all ages. Gym was first class well equipped, Antonio and Lezet the trainers made it even better. Great food choices, 24 hr coffee bar with awesome coffee. Superb rooms! Staff were super. The indian restaurant was yum, head chef Ajay Kumar cooked us a special selection of mains. It was one of the best curries I’ve had. Very well run hotel with excellent communication within and great managers - thank you Susanna for looking after us. There’s nothing not to like, highly recommend and 20 mins to airport!

Everything was amazing! A special thank you, to Alejandro, the waiter at the pool, he was absolutely outstanding. So friendly, attentive, and made our day unforgettable!

The staff here are amazing. The property is very clean and they do a wonderful job working with a broad range of guests.

A beautiful property...The staff worked so hard to make our stay memorable. (Good to take peso notes for tipping as finding change to do this was sometimes difficult) We enjoyed having many restaurants to choose from and overall the food including the buffet was good. The view from our 6th floor king room was incredible and our room was well appointed. Splurged on one extra...sunset dinner on the beach which didn't disappoint.

The food was great!

It is a beautiful and clean hotel with fresh and tasty food, especially seafood. My kids love to spend time in the pool and the kids club . Miss Ana, Melissa, Kit-Kat, and Mr. Mario did a great job!

Location on the beach with sunrise views. The pools were excellent, sadly the kids pool was shut for a refurb so our ten year old was limited to the main pool. But it was no stress. The food was insanely good, especially for an all inclusive. We dined at the French and Asian, both were excellent , in addition to the twice or thrice daily main buffet restaurant that was superb. The highest quality food and ingredients and also lots of healthy options. 10/10 here. Very good gym

The food was all great, we tried every restaurant and room service. The buffet had a great selection of food which was nice to just run in and grab a bite. The other restaurants had wonderfully tasting food, Zaffiro has such a beautiful view especially at night to hear the water and see the stars and the food was exceptional. The pool was always clean and we enjoyed all the pool side activities that made the day so much more fun especially for the entire family. We participated in the exercise at the pool and the games. Monica who did a lot of the pool side activities is a great entertainer, she got everyone involved and made it that much more fun. Rooms are clean and comfortable, we couldn't hear the wedding parties once the doors were closed. Employees are so kind and helpful!!!

This resort was amazing. All of the staff were very friendly and the food and drinks well as advertised! Great! The room was very clean and I would book this resort again. I will definitely be back to the Hyatt Ziva!

A great place overall. All food options were great with plenty of choice. Pool areas were all good and many to choose from. Also nice stations through the day for food/drinks/fresh juices and ice creams for the kids. The staff are all super friendly and very attentive.

I liked that food was constantly being changed, it was fresh. The staff was honestly the highlight of the experience, they truly made me feel comfortable and welcomed at all times. Pools were super clean and I really enjoyed that as well.
