“Comfy stay in Los Cabos”

Great location - easy to get to everywhere and nice restaurants close by.

“Unfortunately the vibe was uncomfortable”

Had security and the whole office personal come knocking on my room door, literally after 30 mins of check in…which was the on the first floor next to the lobby stating that we were smoking when no one in the room smokes ,I then asked for them to come in and do a random check while they were at the door and to come in to smell they all agreed and said that they didn’t smell anything. It must’ve been in the hallway, but I felt discriminated against and checked out the room because I no longer felt comfortable especially with those allegations in a foreign country …however the location is good and the room is not bad for price.

The proximity to many food places. Very clean rooms and shared spaces, super comfortable bed and pillows.

“Short notice stay due to a flight cancellation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was great”

The size of the room was way beyond my expectations. Was surprised by the kitchen/bar area. Wasn't expecting that. It was very quiet, despite being right on the main highway. Would recommend to anyone.

I was able to book a room online on short notice, but when I arrived at the hotel, it was not the room that was advertised on Booking.com. The Manager was compassionate but unable to do anything to help. The staff arranged for transportation back to the airport and the driver was great (Silverio) - very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

I liked that there was a food hall right next door with tons of options. The room was cozy and the hotel was quiet. Andrian was amazing at checking us in and answering all questions I had. Everyone made us feel very welcomed after our flight being cancelled.
