-Landscaping was PERFECT, whoever your landscaper and gardener are, please keep them! Flowers, grass, palm trees were beautiful. -Very quiet, relaxing atmosphere. -Pool activities and night shows. -Lounge area near the bar, very nice view.

Food, room, view, bed comfortable , air conditioning, balconey, breakfast staff, shower pressure, Seeing our friends. Breakfast buffet was good. Mexican night great. Mexican restaurant very good. The pool area is nice.

“A work in progress.....”

The place is generally in good condition but not excellent; it's been recently taken over, so it's a work in progress. All the resort staff were amazing! Lots of smiles and greetings and great service. However, see below for concierge. The buffet restaurant, although not very big, was generally good; breakfast was really well catered, and it also had varied food selection each day and evening. "Oriental night" was NOT as successful, though. They should stick to what they are good at! There are a couple of à la carte restaurants for evening bookings, both of which were very good; Mexican and Italian. The snack bar is THE BEST I've experienced at any Mexican resort! Irene and staff worked tirelessly from early morning til late afternoon, keeping a wide array of foods replenished and fresh. Too many to note all, but tortillas, hot dogs, burgers, chicken wings complimented with salads, cerveche, guacamole etc etc. The pools were all gloriously clear and warm. The gardens are well kept and beautiful. Our room was clean, beds great, maid service great if needed. Restocking our fridge with waters, beers and soft drinks.

“A regular stay, but wouldn’t return”

The location is convenient, which made getting around fairly easy. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. The gardens and pools are nicely maintained and provide a pleasant atmosphere.

Location and facilities- excellent. The poolside band in the afternoon (1:00-3:00)was a bit loud would have preferred more relaxing music.

“Chaotic at times and "gong show" at other times, but overall we enjoyed it.”

Breakfast was always good, with a wide selection of food and attentive staff. Lunch was o.k. ,good fresh salads and a choice of entrées. Deserts were excellent. Dinner was at a different buffet and the food was not always cooked as it should be, I like 'al dente' vegetables but the potatoes were sometimes downright hard.

Great location, but the sea view room isn't what you think. It's a glimpse on the back of the building . I'd get a pool view next time. Staff were nice. Found it a little disgusting that people would stand in the pool eating drinking and one guy sneaking cigarettes and not getting out for over 5 hours, so you know they are peeing in there. The facility was clean and nicely decorated. Gardens pretty. Fun staff for activities, good service staff, rooms clean.Food as OK .... AC didn't really work. We had a nice time. Woukd go back but maybe ifvwe booked farther ahead we woukd get a better price for room. Paid $472 US a night..yikes, were canadian so seemed kinda steep.

“Best part of San Jose del Cabo”

Everything! They were very accommodating to our emergency needs as our flight was canceled. They let us stay a few hours after check out with our wrist bands so that we didn't have to spend unneeded time at the airport the next day. The staff also helped us get a ride back to the airport as my Uber account stopped working. Beautiful all inclusive resort. King size bed was a monster size if there's such a thing which was so awesome.

Amazing swimming pools, warm and with a splendid view on the beach and sea. Nice vintage decoration in the room.

It was a bit older than I imagined it to be, but overall the stay was pleasant enough! Performance at night was great too

The wifi worked very well. The pool area was very nice. The employees were very attentive. It was nice that no one approached us with time share pressure. Relaxing.
