“Better that the pictures, great location, friendly host!”
I recently booked this villa for a group of lads staying over for a long weekend. First of all the location is great, it’s walking distance to a Mercedona supermarket and a five minute taxi ride to Playa Den Bossa. We found by walking to the bottom of the street it was easy enough flagging a taxi down! The villa was much better in person than the photographs and we found it clean and spacious. The host Sabrina was great, she went out of her way to pick us up some charcoal for the BBQ for when we arrived! it was the perfect social villa for some drinks and BBQ’s with the boys before hitting the clubs! The neighbours were all sound, just bare in mind there are some residents next to the villa so although we had music on it wasn’t taking the P*** after midnight! there is a 3k deposit payment upon arrival which is physically taken out of your account, however rest assured that this was returned in full upon leaving (subject to not damaging the property). all in all, this was a really good villa and we enjoyed our stay! Thanks again!

“Awful stay. Very annoyed with condition and lack of maintenance of property.”
I am using this box as I haven't had enough room to complain below. Not only did we experience all these issues with the property but the property company a) falsely accused us of failing to let in the pool technician to deal with the pool (which was patently untrue) and b) now appear to be ignoring my complaint emails in which I have raised the issues set out below and tried to seek compensation from them. This was despite the property manager admitting to me that the company knew about the issues we had complained about, but the bosses had decided (for whatever reason) not to fix them. Do yourself a favour and do not book this property until it is managed by someone new and maintained properly. The company we dealt with are called Ibiza my Villa.
