Excellent communication ahead of time - help with arranging extra bed, market timing and early arrival. Also a super surprise cake & drinks for our celebration. Hosts were just brilliant. Parking on the street outside. Room had coffee maker, fridge & microwave

Breakfast on the roof was excellent. You record your order and time the night before so everything is freshly cooked for you exactly when you want it. Room was spacious and comfy. Good fan and aircon. Drinking water available. And helpful and friendly people who organised our transport to Tikal from here. Location also good.

“Ideal location for San Ignacio”

To reach the hotel it is quite a bit of trekking uphill, best is to get a taxi if you arrive at the main bus stop at the entrance of town. The hotel is very basic, fortunately with air-conditioning, room was large. The beds were a bit done. Restaurants are near-by, so are some shops - location is very good. The owner ladies are very friendly and recommended some activities in the vicinity.

the location was close to the main strip, really friendly & accommodating staff - my flight was delayed and threw my arrival date and time into chaos but they were really accommodating with helping me sort out my room booking.

“Guesthouse run by lovely ladies”

Guesthouse is run by two lovely ladies. They arranged a tour to Caracol, provided nevessary info how to visit Xunantunich and recommended really good restaurants. They offer a la carte breakfast for $15BZ per person. Breakfast start at 6:30 so you are able to make it before the tours, just you need to order the day before. Room was huge, with the fridge, microwave and coffee machine (for filtered coffee). Walking distance to restaurants.

Comfortable bed, very good hospitality, terrace and rooftop spaces and very spacious rooms.

We liked everything about our stay here. It was great value relative to the area. The rooms are spacious, there's always hot water, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is in walking distance to loads of tasty food, the Iguana Sanctuary and tour companies. The staff are very kind as well, and the breakfast was great!

The property is in a great location, room was very spacious and had all the facilities needed. The staff were very helpful with recommendations and booking tours for us.
