“not enough equipment and seats for 4 persons, curtains torn”

Upon arrival, when we landed at the airport, I contacted the apartment by message. They answered after a few hours, which is not such a problem considering that the check-in was at 3 pm, and I contacted them around 11 am. Three days before we left for Malta, I paid €250 via the form they sent to my inbox. I received a confirmation message from the apartment that the deposit has been reserved. When they answered the message I sent at the airport, they said that the deposit had not been paid and that I had to pay another €250. To which I replied that it had been paid and that the funds had been reserved on my bank account. They did not accept my answers and demanded an additional €250. I made a deposit for the first time from a card that I only use for online payments. I didn't have €250 on that card, I had to transfer more money from another account to that card for online payments. Luckily I found free wi-fi, otherwise I would have been left without an apartment. In the end, they refunded both deposits, but the arrival experience was very stressful and unpleasant. I prilikom uplate depozita prvi i drugi put naplacena je i taksa za zivotnu sredinu. When I was paying the deposit for the first and second time, the environmental tax was also charged. I also mentioned that it was charged twice, but they did not refund it.

“Good value for money”

Very good value for money, fairly modern, spacious living area and decently equipped kitchen. Easy to find a public parking spot during the day, during the night they get occupied but we always found one even if it was a bit farther away. Host answers back quickly and sorts things out.

Good location; close to Lidl. Walking distance to great car rental company ( Venicar) Pleasant not obstructed view from balcony.

Noise from neighbours in the same block. They locked themselves out and at 0600 decided to do a party in thr corridors Lift not working.

The beds were very comfortable, the bedrooms were big and also the bathroom. The support from the properties was imminent and precise, they had been very helpful during our stay.

The accommodation was very good. There are enough amenities and kitchen utensils. Nearby there are bus stops direction Valletta and other. It is 5-10 minutes walk from the place to Lidl.

Fantastic staff, very attentive and really care about their guests. 10/10 treatment, would 100% recommend.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, very close to the bus stop. Clean sheets and towels, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the host is very hospitable.

Everything was neat and all the appliances were working. I really enjoyed the balcony which is great for breakfast with a breathtaking view over a valley.

Location suited us perfectly, as we were visiting our son, who lived nearby. Great apartment, with all the things you'd expect, but of a high quality. Very well-equipped kitchen area. Really comfortable beds. Strong and hot showers. Really pleasant balcony/view. Loads of space. All staff were professional and responded quickly to requests/questions.

Very nice, clean and spacious apartment in perfect condition. At the time of our visit (Nov. 2023) it looked like it was recently renovated since everything was like new. Our appartment (no. 5) had a nice view from the balcony towards the sea. It's located in a central part of Malta, near Valletta and San Julian's. We rented a car and it wasn't a problem to find a parking spot on the street near appartment.

Nice place. New interior. In a residential area. Quiet street. Rental car or Bolt necessary to get anywhere, but we knew this before booking. A few bad points but overall a really good stay. So 8/10.
