“La Dolce Vita VIP experience.”

Parking onsite was a plus. Greeted by the Porter/Valet to informed us where reception was located. Friendly & informative receptionist who gave me an upgrade, arranged for luggage to be taken to the room & showed us to our magnificent room - one of the most unique, elegant & classically beautiful rooms I have ever stayed in! Everything was so high quality. Spa & pool facilities are out of this world, was given a tour. Restaurant experience was superb, thoughtful touches made this very special and memorable. We felt like we were given the VIP treatment and living La Dolce Vita. Eagerly hoping to stay again in future :)

We had a fabulous room. The spa facilities were beyond our expectations. The building itself is beautiful and set within a lovely community. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was very good. We had a great time and will return.

Palatial hotel with beautiful grounds, a wonderful spa and excellent service. Unfortunately we missed breakfast due to an early flight but they made up a breakfast pack for us :)

The property is very old and although a little tired, the ambiance more than makes up for it. The staff are amazing, friendly helpful and genuinely nice to be around. They provide outstanding service and make everything so easily manageable. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return!

The staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere is very relaxed in that whole hotel - there is nothing stiff or fussy! The breakfast was outstanding. All imaginable options catered for. An amazing range of fresh locally sourced foods. Made to order eggs as well. Location is also excellent as couple minutes walk to station for frequent trains to either Lucca or Pisa and away from the tourist crush !!

Unfortunately, there's nothing good about this hotel. We spent the entire week traveling around Tuscany, staying in well-known 5-star hotels. At the end of our vacation, we decided to spend two nights at this hotel. And it was the worst decision of the entire trip. After the first night, we decided to leave.
