“A good stay in a beautiful part of Italy”

I liked the room which was spacious and well equipped although there was as noticed by other guests a faint smell suggestive of sewers in our room which was a little off putting although did vary in intensity. The pool was lovely- a couple of chairs to put towels on whilst swimming would have been helpful. Breakfast was good and served by a lovely lady called Daniella who was most helpful in arranging my taxi to the airport. The accommodation is a way out of Pisa so a car is really essential and taxis to the airport are VERY expensive. Overall a good stay in a beautiful part of Italy

“Relax vacation near Pisa city.”

I wish to stay there for a week ! This place is fantastic, outside the Pisa city, but not far away. Beautiful house, garden, pool with warm water. Room very nice and comfortable, clean, had conditioner and small refrigerator. Bed comfortable good for sleeping. Private car parking, garden for walking and relax. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Best place for vacation.

Everything was great. The place is beautiful! We are delighted with the property. We were only for two nights, but we will return next year for more days.

“Peaceful oasis near Pisa”

The owners are lovely and super accommodating - they kindly let us check in early and allowed us to stay and relax by the pool after we checked out as our flight wasn’t until late evening. The pool and gardens are beautiful and you feel like you’re in the Tuscan countryside while only being a 10-15 minute drive away from the centre of busy Pisa. Would highly recommend coming with a rental car as there is no Uber and taxis are very difficult to get (and expensive). We didn’t have a car so had to walk about 20 minutes in the evening to find a spot for dinner, and the next day ordered a Deliveroo for lunch so we wouldn’t have to walk 20+ minutes in the heat to find somewhere. Rooms are simple but clean and have everything you need, such as air conditioning and even toiletries. Would recommend this place for anyone with a car who wants to be close to Pisa while getting to relax in a beautiful oasis.

Great scenery, very kind owners. The breakfast was good (croissants, bread, Nutella, jam, yogurt, granola, different juices). We were satisfied with everything.
