“Great choice for that early flight from Pescara airport”
Indeed quite close to airport, nice balcony and bed. Large selection of items for breakfast. Stress-free access and departure of the room: we haven't seen anyone during our stay, just picked up the keys in the safe and left them in the room. Though I might imagine, if you required assistance, this might be an issue to some people. Not likely though, I presume most people will use it just for one night stand.

“Clean, spacious, convenient.”
Stylish and clean room and bathroom. I was most impressed with the spaciousness of the room and bathroom. It was an excellent location for our midnight flight arrival and 6:40am flight departure: easy 10 minute walk! No taxi required. Very grateful to the friendly owner for abundant breakfast - even went out of their way to get gluten free option for us.

Lovely quiet location, it really showed the beauty of Pescara. Good Location for eating out and a Spar only 5 mins walk away. the garden was lit with fairy lights and really proved to be magical

I would have liked at least one breakfast item that wasn't pre-packaged and long-life. The coffee machine was good though!

“Perfect for an overnight before early flight”
Handy for airport, only 20 mins walk. Very clean. Bathroom spacious and pristine. Everything you need for an in-and-out before an early flight as you can access the buffet breakfast at any time. I ate mine at 3.30 a.m. complete with espresso from machine.

Very nice stay in this apartment. The equipment is at very good level. When you need to be at the airport early in the morning or if you arrive too late to Pescara and don't want to move to the city centre at this time, in my opinion this apartment is unrivalled in Pescara. Good breakfast as a bonus. Maurizio, the owner, is very kind, helpful and responsive.
