Lovely, spacious and modern apartment. Breakfast out on the terrace is a particular highlight. We also ended up having dinner at the restaurant too, which made for an easy commute home! It’s in a great location, slightly aware from the tourist Main Street but very easy to walk there. Lorenzo was a great host, gave us all the information we needed and communicated well. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

“The best of San Gimignano and the Tuscan landscape rolled into one !”
Visiting San Gimignano is a must but spending a night or two within the walls of San Gimignano is infinitely better than a day trip. Terra d’Ombra is the ideal choice. The view from our room and the restaurant terrace (where we enjoyed both breakfast and a great evening meal) captures the Tuscan landscape at its best. After breakfast and in the evenings we wandered the streets free of the day trippers. Lorenzo was a great host and we thank him for sharing this special place with us.

“Exceeded our expectations!!”
We were surprised by the spacious room, the perfect location, and the stunning view! We stayed in room 1, which overlooked the beautiful mountains. The property is just a short walk from the main street of San Gimignano, making it very convenient. Everything about our stay was wonderful, check-in and check-out were simple, and the instructions for accessing the keys and using the room were clear and easy to follow. Thank you, Lorenzo, for a fantastic experience!
