The property is in an outstanding location..literally 10 steps from the piazza where all the activity is(NB market day is Thursday on your doorstep). the views from the deck across the Tuscany landscapes..breathtaking..The apartment had everything we needed.. Luca,our host,was an amazing host who ensured we had everything we needed and even went extra miles to arrange a dinner location and flowers for our 52nd wedding anniversary..grazie molte.The arranging of the parking card for our vehicle helped immensely. San Gimignano was an easy drive from Poggibonsi train station to make day trips to Sienna,Firenze and Pisa and thus avoiding the hassle of parking in those areas..

The location of the property is fabulous. Everything was catered for. Luca is a fabulous host. He took care of everything and his instructions were brilliant. The views are AMAZING!! A very memorable trip.

“Spectacular!”

The Attico is in a stunning location with fantastic views out front and back, and a lovely private balcony overlooking the surrounding plains, comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms. It was super clean and stocked with everything you could need (washing machine, iron, hairdryer, proper wine glasses…), very quiet (at least until the neighbours got going), and Luca was extremely helpful and responsive. Would have loved to stay longer!

“Perfect place for a stay in the heart of San Gimingano.”

Fantastic location right by the Piazza della Cisterna. Breathtaking views from the rear windows and balcony, over rooftops and the rolling green fields of the surrounding countryside. The apartment is very spacious and we found everthing we needed to cook our meals. The Co-Op supermarket is about 10 minutes' walk and is well stocked. Luca the host is very friendly and sent us lots of information before we arrived. The washing machine was a helpful bonus.

“Great town and really good appartment”

Luca met us at the property and was very accommodating, as we were later than the standard check-in time. We had a good welcome pack with a bottle of wine and some local produce. He also checked in a couple of times during the week to make sure we were ok - the best we have ever experienced for care and attention. In the property, to the front, you look out onto the "Pazza dela Cisterna" - the square with the well, one of the two main squares in the town, although this one is a triangle. To the back, you look out over the fantastic Tuscan landscape and also have a view of seven of the towers that the town is famous for. This side faces mostly north, so you have some good views in the morning with the towers bathed in the morning sunlight. The apartment is well equipped, with fridge, freezer, oven, hob (both gas and electric hobs) and microwave. There are two double rooms, one with another single bed and en-suite, the other with patio doors onto the balcony. The shower looks sophisticated, with jacuzzi-like attachments... but I couldn't work out how to use them, so it was fairly basic, but hot and a decent pressure. The WiFi hub is behind the television in the lounge/kitchen. Use the QR code to connect or the WPS button,. San Gimignano is a fantastic place to visit, there was plenty for us to do and see for several days, We also visited Volterra, which was good, bigger than San Gimignano, not as nice but with some fantastic views over a valley. We also visited the waterfalls at Parca Fluviale Alta Val D'Elsa and Siena. Siena was a bit of a disappointment - too city-like for us.

Our stay exceeded all expectations! The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the apartment had all the amenities one could wish for. Everything was of very high standard and tastefully decorated. The combination of modern comforts with the charm of the old building made our stay truly memorable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay.

Such a great location! Luca was excellent to deal with, and the balcony and its view were worth the climb to the top floor. View was mesmerising! A top place to stay. Thanks for all your help Luca and Mersilde. Highly recommend.

The apartment had wonderful views of the Tuscan countryside and was perfect for exploring San Gimignano and Tuscany. despite being on the 3rd floor (71 stairs) However, Lucca was extremely helpful. Met us and carried all our luggage to the apartment and down again on our departure. He was always available if we had questions. Thank you Luca

The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable, and perfectly located! Awesome view from the balcony.

“A gem with a truly stunning view, great for a couple.”

Location and views don’t get better. Balcony with very wide and splendid vista covering some of the towers, a garden, pretty rooftops and finally a great landscape view towards northeast. Bedroom view overlooking the central piazza where you can check how long the line is for accessing the shop with the world’s best ice cream. Very friendly host who can give you lots of tips outside of typical SG sights. Inside is functional. Kitchen is on the smaller side. There is no living room, but balcony makes up for it. High up, lots of stairs. (Not for those with reduced mobility/strength.)

Located right in the heart of San Gimignano, one side of the apartment overlooked the busy piazza while the other has the most stunning view of the Tuscan country side. Breathtaking! And it comfortable and well appointed.

“Gem apartment in a medieval sorrounding!”

Spacious, bright, well equipped apartment with brand new utilities, bed was super comfortable and the shower has a good power. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere- I could only hear birds and church bells 🔔 Medieval enchanting surroundings- breathtaking walk in this unique village, there are many good local restaurants, gelateria, cute shops and historical sites. Friendly staff - Luca was reactive, precise and very easy to communicate with. Thank you Luca for making my stay so wonderful!
