Great location, large room and friendly staff

We enjoy our stay, we were warmly welcome and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. As often in Italy, it was up steep narrow steps, but that's how you get the quiet and the view... we slept very well. There’s a kettle is the communal kitchen. We came by bus and stopped at the last stop: don't, the penultimate stop is near the flat, it would have saved us lugging our luggage up and down all through the town!

Great location and helpful staff

We were made very welcome by the lovely lady. She showed us around and the room and communal area were lovely and clean and felt very homely. We had a very nice breakfast and the bed was comfortable.

Fab location. Very clean and comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Well worth the money. Parking is a little tricky but take their advice....we paid for P4 car parking and it was worth it...

“Warm stay at the heart of San Gimignano”

Location of the structure is perfect, just at the heart of the town in one of the old characteristic houses. The breakfast is good and delivered with the warmful behaviour of the host. It's a pleasure to stay at the breakfast table. For the parking we got useful tips to find some space nearby.

“Extremely romantic uniqe place”

A very unique rooms in a historical house in the heart of SG. It felt like you truly traveled in time, centuries back. Expect the heating and hot water :) The stay in this place is definitely memorable and very very romantic. It lets you to experience the beauty of the town to the fullest.

Great location and great host- went out of her way to make our stay!

This is a gorgeous property right Inside the walls of lovely San Gimignano ❤️ The rooms have such character and charm and are absolutely spotlessly clean. There is a shared dining/living area shared by 3 rooms where Mary lovingly prepared our breakfast the morning before we left to head on another leg of the via Francigena. She was soo lovely and we had a great chat about her home country, Sicily which we have visited on several occasions. Thank you Mary for everything ..we ca not wait to come back.

Apartment is located iat the old Town area. The host Mary was really nice helpful. She prepared for us really good breakfast. We were eating breakfast in nice atmosfere cenversate with Mary. Apartment is really cozy, and clear. I really reccomend this place. Janusz 🇵🇱

“Perfect stopover on the Via Francigena”

A beautiful apartment which is perfectly positioned, a few meters from the Via Francigena and main street, but in a quiet location. Mary kindly messaged us in advance to let us know that, on this occasion, she would be in the apartment from midday, which enabled us to check in early, leave our rucksacks and explore the city. An enjoyable breakfast.
