I liked the friendliness of the staff always ready to fulfill our requests and suggest options on what to do locally. The property in my opinion has got the best view onlooking at San Gimignano. The property is surrounded by trees and green, so the stay is even more relaxing as opposed to many other B&Bs I have seen around the same hills that are just surrounded by vineyards. There is a very good offer of typical Tuscan meals at a reasonable price should one not feeling to leave the B&B for a restaurant. Some good walks also possible without having to take the car to reach the starting point. Overall I definitely visit again!

Fantastic location, stunning views of San Gimignano, close proximity to restaurants. Also close to other areas of interest such as Siena and Florence. Restaurant served very tasty dinners and the breakfast was also good. The two ladies running the hotel were extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.

“Total relaxation in a stunning location with exceptional staff”
Stunning location with spectacular views from both our bedroom and the terrace/restaurant. Good breakfast and evening meal (good value small menu but all home made and delicious) options. Exceptional hosts (two sisters) and staff made the stay extra special. Great pool area and gardens. Ample free parking. Would love to return.

Everything was perfect, accommodation, location, pool area. If u are looking for a peaceful vacation in Toscana style this is the best place for you. Peace and quiet. Real heaven on the earth. The only sound is cricket song and splash of water in the pool.
