Serena, the manager was very helpful and had put together a great information pack. Apartment clean and tidy as were the communal areas (13 apartments in this building) Plenty of room for guests outside. Great views and a good location for exploring.

“A wonderful Tuscan holiday in a beautiful setting”

We loved everything about our stay—from the stunning location and historic property to the friendly staff and excellent facilities. The building, once a castle, still has its original thick stone walls, which kept the apartment pleasantly cool even during the hot summer days. We stayed at the end of June and didn’t need to use the air conditioning at all! The on-site information book (which we jokingly called “the Bible”) was incredibly helpful, packed with travel tips and restaurant recommendations that enhanced our experience. The pool was a great size and perfect for relaxing, and the shared courtyard offered a lovely space for dining, socializing, or simply unwinding. And the views from the property? Absolutely breathtaking. In short, we had a fantastic time and would love to return!

Very very nice staff (and speaks perfect English), clear instructions, helpful team. Place is even better then the pictures. Really nice pool. Rooms spacious, has everything you need in the kitchen if you are into cooking. The views are unbelievable, can even see San Gimignano from the room We found ourselves driving to viewpoints, just to see that nothing compared to the view from the property . Great value for money, will 100% return there in my next Tuscany round!

Amazing location, great views over the Tuscan countryside. Tranquil, peaceful and also great for families to relax and enjoy. Met by a very helpful employee on arrival who isnt the host, she was great in providing tips and giving information on the local area.

The accommodation is truly beautiful and clean. There is peace and beautiful panoramic views of the surroundings. Serena is very nice and attentive. Thank you very much; we will be happy to come back.

The location was absolutely amazing. Beautiful views from every direction. The size and location of the pool was an incredible bonus. The sun was on the pool until the very end of the day, and due to it's size, it never seemed crowded. A very relaxing way to end a day of touring. Having a high end restaurant on site was also such a privilege.

All was perfect! Great host; comfortable, spacious and well equipped apartment with stunning views; big and clean swimming pool... Highly recommended!

-We enjoyed our stay very much, the room in this historic castle was tastefully furnished (traditional Tuscany), very clean, with all you need for self cooking. -The last couple of kilometers to the castle on the gravel road gave another Tuscany touch. -The view with the vineyards and olive trees as well as San Gimigniano in the back was just gorgeous. -Avio, the landlord was very authenthic friendly and gave us some great advice -Will definitely come back and recommend
