The location is fantastic, cable car stop right outside. The friday welcome drinks at 4.30pm were a nice touch. Rooms are big and very clean. Great shower and kitchen facilities. Would definitely stay again without a doubt.

“Great location and facilities, trolley car outside, close to fishermans wharf. Roof top view of bay”
The apartment has a very functional layout. We were utilising the sofa bed in living room and we had plenty of space for suitcases and access to good size kitchen. Visited in October and it was still very warm so needed the ceiling fans. There is filtered water and washing machine/ dryer on the ground floor. Friday nights was a sundowner drinks for guests, lovely to meet other travellers. Our room was on level 2 and quiet which is what we asked for.

Location was excellent, staff were fantastic and the rooms were great too. Filter Coffee provided in the room and fresh warm cookies on arrival. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking.

Location..stones throw from Fisherman's Wharf, the Pier, hop on hop off bus, cable car. View from the rooftop was amazing. Safe and secure. Friendly staff on hand.

Amazing hotel! View from the terrace to Alcatraz! The terrace is amazing, with a comfortable seating area! The location is right next to the famous tram stop. The staff is very polite and attentive. There is parking, it is very convenient. I want to come back here! Thank you for a wonderful holiday. I recommend!!
