“Good location but room for improvement”
The location is good, near the first stop of the tram, cable car. Near to lots of supermarkets and there is 2 souvenir shops just next door. The receptionist staff was always helpful, friendly. Room slightly small but ok for 1 person.

“Average- not so great a stay”
Except for the location, everything about this hotel is…average to below average. Cold reception in overall, very dark room and damp with smelly corridors and bad carpet smell, bed hard as rock. We only had Mariane who served us upon our check out the only person WITH A SMILE ans friendly enough, which is a shame for such a hotel.
