Overview
Located in a historic building that is just 5 minutes’ walk from Union Square, Marines' Memorial Club & Hotel Union Square boasts a rooftop restaurant, a library, a full-service health club and a 564 seat on-site theatre. All spacious guest rooms include free WiFi. A cable LCD TV, a refrigerator and deluxe guest robes are provided in each guest room at Marines' Memorial Club & Hotel Union Square. Guest rooms also include an in-room safe, free daily newspapers and free local calls. Guests can dine or enjoy a drink at the on-site Leatherneck Steakhouse. Guests have free access to the unique “Living Memorial” museum at the hotel. The entire building is a tribute to veterans who gave their lives while serving in the US Armed Forces. The halls of the hotel are lined with historical remnants of the past including photos, medals and interactive exhibits. Guest have access to the hotel business centre. Club One features an indoor lap pool (by appointment only), steam rooms, modern equipment and massage treatment rooms. Exercise studios and private locker rooms are also provided. Marines' Memorial Hotel Union Square is 10 minutes’ walk to Powell Street BART station, which provides service to San Francisco International Airport. Chinatown is 12 minutes’ walk away.

Amazing location. Beds were extremely comfortable! The gym is top notch and the pool. Staff were extremely friendly in particular at breakfast.

“Enjoyed the bar experience and drinks were free and of course view”
Location was great just shocked we had to pay $110 plus taxes for an overnight parking! Because we had a jeep wagon suv. The other thing was the time of breakfast not till 730am. Need to be made early especially with early morning flights to get too like we did so was unable to have breakfast.

The hotel was very well maintained, and the staff was extremely attentive and polite. Everything I requested at the front desk was handled promptly and efficiently. The room was clean, spacious, and very well prepared, with great attention to detail throughout.

We liked the location and the hotel facilities. They have a happy hour between 4 & 6 for guests in the bar which has a great view. The restaurant was very nice too and we enjoyed the cheese platter.

“Great stay in comfortable room”
Good location, clean and friendly staff. Able to store luggage and check out is not until 12. Breakfast included was nice.
