“A great place to stay but avoid the female staff member!”
Great location, an easy walk to shops, restaurants, parks etc. Room was a decent size with drawers and hanging space. Bonus points for having a fridge and microwave. Bathroom a great size. Male staff member who checked us in was amazing and very helpful and friendly.

“Convenient location and clean”
I needed a room near the Marina District and this seemed the best option. It definitely feels like a hotel and not like the other motels on the street. The rooms are spacious and reasonably comfortable. The staff were friendly. Close to lovely cafes and restaurants on Chestnut.

“Fantastic location, very clean and all the staff were lovely.”
The location was perfect as it was so central to all the cafes and restaurants and the waterfront. Staff were very accommodating, friendly professional and helpful. Room was large and very clean. Loved the shampoo and conditioner products provided.

The location, it is near to everything. Room was clean and large, exactly as advertised. Beds were comfortable . The reception were very friendly and helpful, especially Jenny, super helpful.

Very comfortable hotel in a nice San Francisco neighborhood. The staff was wonderfully nice and accommodating. There is a fantastic cafe right next to it too (Twisted St. Cafe).
