“It worked for a couple of nights”
The location was great, the bed was comfortable, the gym was very well equipped, the foyer was nice. We had a city view room it was large but very dated.

“Fun for a Japanophile”
- Excellent location in the centre of Japantown. Close to bus links to travel around the city. - Parking in the mall under the hotel was $30 / day which felt reasonable. Valet parking out front was much more expensive. - Friendly, welcoming staff with water available at reception. - Fun hotel with Japanese touches to reflect the area.

“Nice, but overrated”
the location is great, you can walk around a very nice neighbourhood. The room was clean and the bathroom had an interesting concept, sauna-like. You do have coffee and tea included all day.

Hotel is in a great location. Staff were super helpful and the hotel modern, quirky and interesting. Japanese themed throughout. Room was really large and clean with a huge bed and lounge area. Great breakfast too !

“Great quiet stay with amazing breakfast”
The breakfast buffet was great and staff was very friendly. As vegans, it was nice to see food clearly labelled as vegan. Coffee, tea and hot water is easily accessible near the lounge dining area. Room was very spacious and quiet. Loved staying in Japantown where it was more quiet and chilled vibe. You’re also inbetween Golden Gate area and Union Square. Bottled water is available on demand from front desk.

“Perfect stay in a funky hotel in a safe location with such helpful staff.”
Hotel Kabuki is in a great location in between downtown and Golden Gate area. You can walk into town. It’s a lovely, friendly hotel with a great lobby area. Breakfast was perfect and the bar area is very cool. Easily walkable into downtown. There was a sushi course one night which I would have joined if I had known.

Great size rooms with fridge in room, 24hr gym and 24hr complimentary tea, coffee and water. The bar closes a bit early and the breakfast isn't really great value but lots of options available on door dash and great restaurant options across the street

Not as Nice as the pictures Over priced ( knowing booking.com didn’t handle my price claim which was dissapointing). I should have cancelled it on booking… expected more responsiveness from you
