Overview
Centrally located in heart of San Francisco city centre, this luxury boutique hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from Union Square and 2 minutes’ walk from the American Conservatory Theater. An on-site bar and restaurant are located on site. An iPod docking station and a 32-inch flat-screen TV with film channels are included in every spacious room at Hotel Adagio. They each have a view of Union Square or the city skyline. A fitness centre is part of the hotel. The reception desk is staffed 24-hours a day. The Mortimer, a sophisticated and chic cocktail lounge, serves drinks in the lobby each evening. Elliott offers breakfast each morning and serves dishes with farm-to-table ingredients. For packages that include breakfast, American Breakfast is Included for 2 adults only daily. Curran Theater is 2 minutes’ walk from the Adagio Hotel. Maiden Lane is half a mile away.

“Good location to explore city”
Staff were great and the hotel centrally location for the city’s sights and transport. Nice benefits we received on checking in, glass of champagne, complimentary tickets for ride on tram car and $15 credit. Lovely breakfast.

“Delightfully welcoming, personally Tuan, you made us so feel at home with a smile too, great location and a zazzy modern”
Position is great and the hotel is spotless. From Tuan the bellman, Isaac and Chris on the desk, the service was super friendly and helpful, they all were just lovely people doing an amazing job. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable, elevators super fast too! We travel a lot and this hotel rates as one of the best, and is memorable since it was so friendly. For San Francisco you could not do better for friendliness, comfort. Value and location, top marks to you all!

“Dated rooms, property in need of an upgrade”
Nice staff, very welcoming and enthusiastic. I was expecting a buffet breakfast but it was off a fixed menu, which I didn't mind - the food was really good. The location is not the best, but close enough walking distance to the main SF areas. There are some dodgy streets just around the corner from there which we need to be careful of.

The breakfast was exceptional- great choice of options and very tasty. Great way to start the day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel comfortable, very clean, good bar and restaurant. Location good for Union Square, shops. Lots of ubers for when we wanted to travel further afield to Golden Gate Bridge etc.

Adagio Hotel in San Francisco left an outstanding impression on us! Its wonderful location made it easy to explore the city, while the exceptional cleanliness and beautifully designed interiors created a truly pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. We would especially like to highlight the amazing staff – attentive, kind, and professional. A sincere thank you to Mr. Tuan (bellman) for the warm and welcoming service – it truly made our stay even more special. Special thanks also to Mr. David for his attention, and the pleasant surprise! We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful details – a glass of champagne and a bottle of water every day, as well as a complimentary ticket for the tourist train, which was a fantastic bonus. This is definitely the hotel with the best service we have ever experienced! Highly recommended to anyone!
